Each of the instant public prosecutions is dismissed.

1. The Defendant is the victim C (math, 41 years of age) and the married couple, and the victim D (math, 16 years of age) are the married couple of the Defendant.

On June 30, 2013, at around 21:00, the Defendant: (a) 102 Dong 706 of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Building E, considered the Defendant’s mobile phone text messages; and (b) took the Defendant into consideration the Defendant’s mobile phone text messages; (c) took a bath, such as “Abera,” on the ground that the Defendant asked the Defendant to doubt whether he was a woman who sent text messages; and (d) took one time the left head of the said victim’s left head on the drinking, walking the victim’s left head on one occasion; and (d) assaulted the victim’s left hand on the ground that the victim’s father was fighting against the Defendant, who is his father; and (e) assaulted the victim’s part on the part of the victim’s wall with the wall attached to the living room, sponsing him with the wall, sponsing him, etc.

B. The Defendant, who was arrested as a flagrant offender in the instant assault case, was investigated in the F District on July 1, 2013, returned to the F District on and around 04:30 on July 1, 2013, and returned to the said place. The Defendant: (a) sound to the victim C that “I would not leave the kis and money; (b) I would incur any things; (c) you would not leave the kis and money; and (d) the victim would not leave the kis and money; and (d) the defect that “I would not leave the kis, me, me, me,” and “Is the victim to fright, such as drinking and her to the victim, as I would am for drinking and her to the victim.”

2. Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act, Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act, and Article 283 (3) of the Criminal Act (the victims of November 12, 2013) of the grounds for dismissing the public prosecution;
