A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 29, 2016, at around 17:30 on July 29, 2016, the Defendant: (a) extracted a number plate for postal services at a D post office located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) had the head of a post office E, who prevents him/her from carrying out his/her financial business at a time under the instruction that the financial business of the Franchising female registered security guards in his/her name was terminated; (c) has damaged the number plate at the market price in his/her place; and (d) had damaged the number plate at the bottom of the market price in his/her front place by walking the table with his/her presence; and (d) had been put in a column on the part of a customer’s chair.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the operation of post offices E and damaged public goods.
