Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a DNA truck (25t tank).

On January 24, 2015, at around 19:08, the Defendant driven the above truck, and tried to turn to the right of the DaeguCC’s golf course through the said intersection, while driving the five-lane road ahead of the front side of the mountain ginseng crossing from the parallel of the mountain ginseng distance to the intersection of the mountain ginseng distance in the direction of the city at the direction of the city, at the speed of three-lane, at the speed of the city, and try to turn to the right of the left.
