1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 470,024,794 as well as 20% per annum from October 12, 2013 to the date of full payment.

1. Determination as to the cause of claim

A. Facts of recognition 1) Gambling Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Korea”)

(1) From January 7, 201 to May 2012, the Defendant (mutually BCOPENY) provided products such as Connmark (FAOL) to the Defendant and agreed to pay the outstanding amount of 89,681.25 U.S. dollars. The Defendant returned and disposed of the products of 415,475.76 U.S. dollars at the end of May 201, the Defendant agreed to pay the unpaid amount of 484,205.49 U.S. dollars (U.S. dollars 89,681.25 - U.S. dollars 415,475.76 U.S. dollars) in installments from the 2010 U.S. dollars until the end of 201, 300 U.S. dollars 200, 3000 U.S. dollars 200, 201.

3) After that, the Defendant agreed to pay KRW 470,024,794, which was converted into the Korean won at the time to the temporary domicile of Korea on September 6, 2012. 4) The Plaintiff merged the gambling place on January 1, 2013.

B. Determination 1) According to the facts of recognition as to the occurrence of the obligation for the payment of goods, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff, who comprehensively succeeded to the temporary domicile of Korea, the amount of KRW 470,024,794, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, from October 12, 2013 to the date of full payment, on the record that it is clear that the delivery of the copy of the instant complaint was made to the Defendant, barring any special circumstances. 2) As to this, the Defendant agreed to pay the said amount in installments at the temporary domicile of Korea around the end of May 2012.
