The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a company that engages in real estate sale and lease business, and the Defendant is a company that engages in real estate development, real estate consulting business, etc.

B. On April 2019, the Plaintiff and the Defendant became aware of D’s introduction of “C” that operates the “C.”

At the time E Urban Development Project Promotion Committee (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Committee of this case”) was to promote an urban development project by organizing a whole area as one association and developing a replotting method (hereinafter referred to as “project in this case”) by classifying five lots of land (hereinafter referred to as “one or five lots of land”) from F 7,754 square meters in Silung-si (hereinafter referred to as “project in this case”).

At the request of the Plaintiff and D, the Defendant agreed to participate in this project, and the Plaintiff and D introduced the Defendant to the Promotion Committee of this case as a business agent on May 2019.

E. On May 13, 2019, the instant promotion committee requested three businesses, including the Defendant and G, etc., to participate in the presentation for the public project agency selection.

F. On July 2019, the Defendant prepared the instant project proposal with the cooperation of the Plaintiff, etc., and appeared at the board of directors of the instant promotion committee to explain the said details.
