A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 9, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment or 2 years of suspended execution due to a violation of road traffic law (drinking) in the Goyang Branch of the Jung-gu District Court on June 9, 201, and on August 22, 2012, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1 million for the same crime in the same court.

Nevertheless, on April 5, 2016, the Defendant driven a vehicle of soflurt with CAbreg at approximately 500 meters in the section of approximately 500 meters from the day of the Dong-dong Dong-dong Dong-dong Dong-dong Dong-dong Dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong

Summary of Evidence

1. Statement by the defendant in court;

1. Notification of the results of regulating drinking driving;

1. Previous convictions in judgment: Application of an inquiry letter, such as criminal history, and an investigation report (report on confirmation of suspect history);

1. Relevant Article of the Act and Articles 148-2 (1) 1 and 44 (1) (Selection of Imprisonment) of the Road Traffic Act concerning the facts constituting an offense;

1. Articles 53 and 55 (1) 3 of the Criminal Act to mitigate small amount;

1. Article 62 (1) of the Criminal Act on the suspended execution;

The Defendant, with the reason for sentencing under Article 62-2 of the Social Service Order Criminal Act, was punished once a suspended sentence and once a fine on two occasions due to his/her drinking driving skills, and was driving under the influence of drinking at once without any special reason.

However, it is the only child to support the mother who is suffering from the master cancer while selling the vehicle.

In addition to the above points, the sentencing conditions, such as the defendant's age, sex, environment, and circumstances after the crime, shall be considered, and the sentence shall be determined as per the order.
