Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No passbook, password, etc. which is a means of access shall be transferred or acquired in electronic financial transactions.

Nevertheless, on September 23, 2013, if the Defendant sent a passbook in front of No. 202(C), the Defendant transferred the passbook and a password under the name of the Defendant using Kwikset Service to the name-oriented person who opened the passbook.

Accordingly, the Defendant transferred the means of access used in electronic financial transactions to another person.
