Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Brenren car.

On May 18, 2019, the Defendant driven the above car at around 08:05, and driven the two-lane road in front of the C Village at the time of Jinju along a single-lane from the jurisdiction of the Si/Gun in the city of Jinju to the jurisdiction of the Si/Gun.
