The defendant shall be innocent.
Reasons
1. The Defendant is an authorized intermediary operating “D real estate” on the first floor of Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building C, and the victim E is an employee in charge of assisting with brokerage at the said real estate brokerage office from April 20, 2015 to May 26, 2015.

2. 2. The defendant and defense counsel's assertion and judgment
