Reasons

1. Determination on the claim against Defendant Republic of Korea

A. 1) The parties’ assertion 1) P, Q, and R, registered as the owners of each real estate in the register of the real estate listed in the separate sheet of the Plaintiff’s assertion, are the remainder of the Defendants except the Defendant Republic of Korea (hereinafter “Defendant B, etc
