1. The relationship between the plaintiff and the defendant
The Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with Defendant A on January 20, 201 with regard to the real estate listed in the attached sheet (the current status of lease and repayment) as in the attached sheet No. 1 (the current status of lease and repayment) and used it upon delivery from the Plaintiff.
2. The defendant's duty to deliver leased objects
Grounds for termination of a lease agreement against the defendant
Pursuant to Article 10 of the terms and conditions of the lease agreement entered into between the Plaintiff and the Defendant, if the lessee fails to pay the rent for at least three consecutive months, the lease agreement will be terminated.
As indicated in Gap evidence 1 (the current status of lease and the current status of repayment), Defendant A has a fact of delinquency in paying rent or management fee for at least three months by unpaid the total amount of KRW 906,720, such as rent, management fee, etc.
Accordingly, the plaintiff, as a service of a copy of the complaint of this case, notifies the above defendant of the termination of each contract of lease.
4. Conclusion
Therefore, the defendant has the obligation to deliver the real estate possessed by him, such as the statement in the purport of the claim, and the plaintiff has the right to request its implementation.
