A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to divert a mountainous district shall obtain permission from the competent authorities.

Nevertheless, on April 2013, the Defendant used a mountainous district by changing the form and quality of 105 square meters of the above forest land to convert into a mountainous district on the ground that it is difficult to enter equipment into the Defendant dry field in the surrounding area due to the fact that it is difficult to work and it is difficult to do so.
