1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 10,922,960 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from June 13, 2015 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Although the plaintiff sought a declaration of provisional execution as to the above paragraph (2) of this Article, the judgment ordering a statement of intention as to property right is not allowed by nature, and therefore, the declaration of provisional execution is not ordered as to the above paragraph (2) of this Article.
