The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal is erroneous in the misapprehension of the judgment of the court below which found the defendant guilty of the facts charged in this case, although the defendant did not infringe upon the victim's residence or inflict an injury on the victim.

2. The following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence duly admitted and investigated by the court below and the court below, namely, the victim F consistently intrudes the victim's residence from the investigative agency to the court below's judgment, and consistently stated that the defendant was injured by the defendant's personal injury, and there is no special circumstance to suspect the credibility of the victim's statement, the defendant's photograph (in the investigation record No. 19 page), the victim's photograph (in the investigation record No. 19 page), the victim's actual injury suffered, and the victim's injury sustained four times during the period from September 30, 2013 to September 30, 2013. In full view of the following circumstances, the victim F may sufficiently recognize the fact that the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and sustained the victim's injury. Thus, the court below's judgment that found the defendant guilty all of the facts charged of this case is just, and there is no violation of law by misconceptioning the facts and affecting the conclusion of the judgment.

3. The defendant's appeal is without merit. Thus, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
