Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle B with detached motor vehicles.

1. On September 8, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from hazardous driving) driven the said car to the left-hand turn by driving the said car on the front side of the "D" store located in Busan Southern-gu, where it is difficult to drive the car normally due to the influence of alcohol level of 0.230% from blood transfusion around September 8, 2018.
