Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A was a person who had operated “D” to manufacture and sell the steel pipes, pipes, accessories, etc. from April 6, 1998 to October 10, 2017 at the Yannam-gu Seoul Metropolitan City from around April 6, 1998, and Defendant B is a spouse under the law of Defendant A.

A person liable for tax payment or a person who occupies property of a taxpayer shall not conceal or evade property or make a false contract for the purpose of evading or evading the disposition on default, and shall not assist in such concealment or omission or make a false contract with the knowledge of such circumstances.

Defendant B, at the same time, at the same place as the above “1,” and at the same time and place as the above “1,” knew that A donated property for the purpose of evading a disposition on default as in the above “1,” thereby aiding and abetting A to commit the crime, such as the above “1” by receiving one car owned by A and two cars owned by A.
