Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was getting a taxi driving the victim B (year 61) to a small station, which is a destination.

On July 5, 2013, at around 17:37, the Defendant expressed a desire to return to the destination on the roads prior to the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City D's House C, and assaulted the victim by having the cell phone kn's head twice.
