Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a business with the trade name “E” in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D.

Anyone who intends to operate a lodging business shall be equipped with facilities and equipment prescribed by the Public Health Control Act and shall report it to the head of the competent Gu.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without filing a business report with the competent office, provided 10,00 won on the 4th floor above the above location with 11 guest rooms on the 5th floor, and provided 11,000 won on the 5th floor, for the purpose of running accommodation business, with toilets, and provided customers with equipment such as dump, cremation site, rine, shampoo and shampoo and shamper, as well as facilities and services that make customers able to sleep by themselves, and provided them with 50,000 won on the 1st day of the 1st day from March 15, 2015 to February 21, 2017. In doing so, the Defendant sold accommodation business equivalent to the total amount of KRW 570,000 on the 1st day from February 1, 2015 to February 21, 2017.
