A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 1, 2015, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle from around 10:00, driven a rocketing car volume of approximately 1 km from the long-term Down-si, Kimpo-si to the front road of the Dong Kimpo-si Do Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si.

Circumstances favorable to sentencing under the former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, Articles 38(1)2 and 50 of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment for Concurrent Crimes: The defendant has already been punished for the same or related crimes several times, and the defendant has already been punished for a fine not exceeding 2.5 million won due to drinking at around 2001, a fine not exceeding 1.5 million won due to driving without a license for two years in 2002, a fine not exceeding 1.5 million won due to drinking in 209, a fine not exceeding 4 million won due to an accident while driving under drinking or driving under drinking in 201, a fine not exceeding 1.5 million won due to an accident while driving under the influence of alcohol in 201, 201, 1 year of suspension of the execution, 2 years of imprisonment without prison labor, and 2013, and 4 years of probation after being sentenced to a suspended sentence without prison labor at the time of the instant crime.
