A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2017 Highest 5.11" lives with the husband's monthly wage of 2.5 million won per month without any fixed occupation and income, and has terminated the shortage of living costs due to various debt repayment, including the installment of the vehicle used by the husband, and to prepare for this, he/she has posted a letter as if he/she sells the books, etc. of children who are not in possession of the Internet NAV or the next medium goods trade car page.
