Punishment of the crime

On August 7, 2007, the Defendant revoked a driver’s license for a motor vehicle on the grounds of the violation of the Road Traffic Act, which includes a drunk driving, and was unable to drive the said cargo from August 19, 2007 to June 22, 2008. Around September 26, 2008, the driver’s license was revoked again, and it was impossible to drive the said cargo from October 3, 2008 to October 22, 2008, and thus, the Defendant was unable to receive a fuel subsidy that is paid to a truck forwarder by the competent government office, but was able to receive a fuel subsidy by concealing such fact.
On December 4, 2007, the Defendant transported the freight truck from the Department of Equipment Business in the Hyundai Heavy Industries located in Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-gu to the export wharf of Incheon-do to the export wharf of Incheon-do, and purchased the oil of 324 liters in the Ulsan-dong, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, and applied for a fuel subsidy to the Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-do around March 20, 2008.
