Punishment of the crime

【The Defendant was sentenced to eight years of imprisonment with prison labor for robbery, injury, etc. at the Gwangju High Court on August 28, 2003, and the parole period was expired on December 24, 2009 and on May 15, 2011.

On October 29, 2011, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol of 0.189% without a driver’s license, and continued to drive the said car at approximately 100 km speed from the southwest-gun of Yongnam-gun along three-lanes from the west-gun, Youngnam-gun, the Defendant got off the four-lane road near the said car at the speed of 100km from the southwest-do along three-lanes.
