A. 1) The Plaintiff is an apartment A in Gwangju City (hereinafter “instant apartment”).

(2) The Defendant Korea Land Trust Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Korea Land Trust”) newly constructed the instant apartment and obtained approval for use on June 3, 2010, and the Defendant Defendant Defendant Si River Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “ Geum River”) is the constructor of the instant apartment, and the Defendant Si River Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., the Defendant joining the Defendant, Co., Ltd., Ltd., entered into a subcontract and completed the said construction among the new construction works of the instant apartment from Geum River Housing.
