The defendant shall publicly announce the summary of the judgment against the defendant not guilty.

1. 3. Determination

A. It does not require a subjective motive or purpose to stimulate sexual humiliation as a subjective element of the crime. However, at least it should be evaluated as infringing on the other party’s sexual freedom and an act under such awareness. Such determination ought to be carefully determined by comprehensively taking into account the victim’s intent, gender, age, relationship between the perpetrator and the victim, circumstances leading to the act, specific manner of the act, and the sexual moral sense at that time.
