Punishment of the crime

No person shall indicate any false content in indicating the date of manufacturing or the expiration date of distribution of food.

Nevertheless, around August 19, 2013, the Defendant sold kimchi supplied by the Defendant’s Co., Ltd.’s Defendant’s Co., Ltd.’s Defendant’s Co., Ltd.’s counter B in Changwon-si, to D High Schools, and indicated the date of manufacture differently from each fact by changing the manufacturing date of kimchi supplied before July 12, 2013 to the close date of sale and displaying the manufacturing date in the manner of changing and displaying the manufacturing date of kimchi supplied from time to August 30, 2013, as shown in the List of Crimes, from time to time of August 30, 2013.
