A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was judged to be in Grade III of a mental disorder with the “componment of an editing certificate.”

On September 30, 2020, the Defendant, who was working for the Defendant on September 30, 2020, retired from the “C” in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building B due to the expiration of the contract, and thought that the workplace rent, while living for the company, aggravated health by harming the Defendant, had the Defendant pay complaints, and had the Defendant look at the above office to find it difficult.

The Defendant, using the elevator, laid the 9th floor of the above building, laid away from the office entrance of the above building E, without any reason, moved the said petroleum into the front corridor of the above office, etc., by using a log (part of No. 2) which was prepared in advance. However, as the wind that D discovered it and turns out into fire extinguishing machine, the Defendant attempted to extinguish the above building by fire to the present office where there is a person, as it did not turn out to the entire office.
