A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 27, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Central District Court for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts at Open Space), and completed the execution of the sentence at the original prison on June 28, 2013.
