A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car in the Ireland as a driver of the car in question.

On March 23, 2018, the Defendant driven the above passenger car with alcohol content of 0.141% while under the influence of alcohol at around 23:45 on March 23, 2018, and made the front road of Gyeonggi-gu C turn to the left at the entrance of the modern apartment 103.

At the time, at night, and at the entrance of apartment, roads are narrow, so in such cases, there was a duty of care for those engaged in driving duties to live well on the front door and the left and right, and to drive safely.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and stopped at the opposite lane due to the negligence of the left-hand turn, and received the part behind the left-hand side of the EM6 car driven by the victim D(26 ).

As a result, the Defendant, while driving the said van in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to the influence of drinking, suffered from the injury of the damaged vehicle D, such as the sM6 vehicle in need of a two-day medical treatment, and the injury of the victim F (F, 27 years of age) who was on board the SM6 vehicle in need of a two-day medical treatment.

2. On March 23, 2018, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.141% in blood on a light of around 23:45, the Defendant driven a Grand Cross at approximately 30 meters section from the roads in front of the H Mart located in Gyeonggi-gun G to the roads in front of the Gyeonggi Pyeong-gun.
