A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 27, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Incheon District Court on September 27, 2013, and the judgment was finalized on October 5, 2013.

The Defendant and C, the 2015 Highest 1375, obtained a loan from a financial institution as a purchase price for a motor vehicle by allowing a person with bad credit standing (hereinafter “one-person working loan”), and offered a new motor vehicle to sell it.

1. On November 21, 2012, around November 21, 2012, the Defendant and C submitted a loan document stating that the vehicle price of KRW 44,00,000 from January 5, 2013 to December 5, 2015 would be KRW 1,377,786 each month for 36 months at the 5th day from January 5, 2013 to December 5, 2015, to an employee who is unable to know the name of the branch of the Victim’s Hyundai Capital-dong, when purchasing the Hyundai Motor Vehicle at the 293 Gancheon-gun, Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-do.

However, in fact, even if the Defendants purchased the said car, they would have sold it in the same way as a large one, and there was no intention or ability to pay the loan.

Nevertheless, the Defendants had the above victims pay 44,000,000 won as the price for a passenger car and received the above passenger car.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with C, induced the victim to acquire property benefits equivalent to 44,00,000 won for passenger cars and caused the same damage to the victim.

2. On January 18, 2013, the Defendants purchased 7,650,000 each lease deposit from employees, whose name is not known at the point where the Defendant’s modern car is located in the Northwest-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, and 7-3:54,200,200,000 won each on the 15th day of February from February 15, 2013 to January 15, 2017, and who purchased 7-3,50,000 won each on the 48th day of February, 2013.
