Punishment of the crime

1. On February 27, 2017, around 00:35, the Defendant: (a) driven a Crash vehicle with a maximum of approximately 7 km distance from the 8-lane 1 and the obbbbb lapsing on the so-called Goyang-si, Seo-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seo-gu, Busan; (b) in the state of alcohol concentration of 0.080% in blood.
