Punishment of the crime

Around August 2018, the Defendant introduced C, which is difficult to borrow money in a normal way, and pretended to purchase the cargo vehicle in the name of C around that time. In fact, the Defendant: (a) was a normal vehicle, which is a cargo vehicle difficult to be operated by an accident vehicle; and (b) was engaged in the agricultural product distribution business by using it; (c) made a false document as if it was a normal vehicle; and (d) conspired with C to acquire the loan by deceiving the installment financial company by using it

Accordingly, around August 30, 2017, B had Dmert 4.5 tons truck, which is difficult to be operated with an accident vehicle, registered in the name of the F used vehicle dealer operated by E, and Defendant B, B, and C, according to the above public offering, was “H located in Daegu-si, Seogu on September 14, 2017” and “C” prepared as if it were to purchase the above 4.5 tons truck through I, who is an employee of the financial company specialized in used vehicle, deceiving the victim J. corporation by submitting the relevant documents as if it was to purchase the above 4.5 tons truck, and it was acquired from the victim corporation to the K Bank account under the name of C on September 15, 2017.

Accordingly, in collusion with B and C, the Defendant acquired 43,000,000 won from the victim J Co.
