Defendants are not guilty. The summary of the judgment against the Defendants is publicly announced.
Reasons
1. The summary of the facts charged is that Defendant A is the representative director of Limited Company B, and Limited Company B is a corporation established for the purpose of wholesale business of imported alcoholic beverages.
1. Defendant A
A. The Defendant, who was not issued a tax invoice on January 31, 2015, supplied liquor equivalent to KRW 20,554,570 to E, an entertainment shop, but did not issue a tax invoice, as indicated in the attached Table Nos. 1 through 253, as shown in the attached Table Nos. 1 through 253, from January 31, 2015 to December 31, 2015, supplied liquor equivalent to KRW 983,667,263, in total, over 253 times from January 31, 2015.
B. Although the Defendant supplied alcoholic beverages equivalent to KRW 39,480,00 at the above B office around January 31, 2015, the Defendant issued a false tax invoice for sales of KRW 8,972,733 as if he supplied alcoholic beverages equivalent to KRW 8,972,733 at the F main office, and issued a false tax invoice for sales of KRW 8,972,733 at the above F main office as stated in the attached Table Nos. 254 through 1617 from January 31, 2015 to December 31, 2015, as stated in the attached Table Nos. 254 through 1617, a total of KRW 128,461,633 in total, but completed the supply of alcoholic beverages equivalent to KRW 3,437,527,236 in total, as if he supplied alcoholic beverages to the F main office, the Defendant issued a false tax invoice for sales of KRW 3437,2375,2637.

The Defendant issued a false tax invoice (issuance of an excessive tax invoice) at the above B office around January 31, 2015, even though he/she supplied alcoholic beverages equivalent to KRW 752,857 to G, which is an entertainment shop, as if he/she supplied alcoholic beverages equivalent to KRW 1,136,365 won, he/she supplied alcoholic beverages equivalent to KRW 1,136,365 to the above G, and issued a false tax invoice for sales of KRW 1,136,365 to the above G, as shown in Nos. 1618 through No. 1896 of the List of Crimes in the Attached Table 161 from January 31, 2015 to December 31, 2015, even though he/she supplied alcoholic beverages equivalent to KRW 616,479,035 to the total amount of KRW 61,351,462,296, Feb. 6, 2096>
