A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 12, 2017, the injured Defendant was under the influence of alcohol on the street in Changwon-si, Changwon-si B, Changwon-si, Masiwon-si. On the ground that the head of Datoba (56 years of age) where the injured Party C (56 years of age) was under operation was sleeping down the rear part of the Ortoba on the ground that the head of the Dotoba was slick, the injured Defendant was under the influence of leaving the above Ortoba, and the victim on the part of the above Ortoba was under the influence of approximately two weeks of treatment.

2. The Defendant damaged property at the time, place, and as described in the above paragraph 1, the Defendant damaged the above Oral Ba to the extent of KRW 600,000 of the total repair cost, such as replacement of handbs, in excess of DObs owned by the Victim C, as in the above paragraph 1.
