When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violating the Road Traffic Act is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle with unregistered wheels;

On October 15, 2014, at around 00:05, the Defendant driven the above vehicle and proceeded to turn to the left at the right from the front intersection of the ero, e.g., the intersection where no signal, etc. is installed in front of the 61 (Bero-dong) in Ansan-gu, Annsan-si, Annsan-si.

A person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act, despite having subscribed to mandatory insurance in order to operate a vehicle on the road, the Defendant driven an automobile with no registered wheels without purchasing mandatory insurance at the same time and place as above.
