The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The decision of the court below on the gist of the grounds for appeal is too unreasonable.

2. The judgment of the court below is reasonable in light of the following factors: (a) the defendant led to the confession of the crime of this case; (b) the defendant does not have the same power as the defendant; (c) the defendant is suffering from brain flasing at present; and (d) N,O, and K does not want punishment against the defendant; (b) the victim of this case reached 15 persons; and (c) the defrauded did not recover from damage in a considerable amount; and (d) the court below has already imposed punishment in full consideration of the above circumstances; (c) there is no change of circumstances that could vary between the court below and the sentence; and (d) there is no other change of circumstances that the defendant's age, character and behavior, intelligence and environment; (d) the victim's motive, means and consequence of the crime of this case; and (e) circumstances after the crime.

Therefore, the defendant's assertion of unfair sentencing is without merit.

3. The defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act, since the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
