1. Although the parties to the judgment of the first instance and the evidence submitted in the first instance court were closely examined, the court did not seem to have erred in its findings of fact and judgment of the first instance court.

Therefore, the reason for the judgment of the court of first instance is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except where the part of the judgment of the court of first instance is used as follows. Therefore, it is accepted by the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

Each “each entry” in Part 5, 9, and 21 of the judgment of the court of first instance shall be written “each entry or image”.

Each "Witness" of the 5th, 9th, 16-17, 21th, 10th, 21th, and 21th, shall be written with "Witness of the first instance court".

The 7th written judgment of the first instance court shall be amended to "the details of the guidance" in the 14th written judgment.

The 12th judgment of the first instance court shall be subject to the "this judgment" in the 9th judgment of the first instance.

2. The conclusion of the judgment of the first instance is justifiable, and all appeals by the plaintiff and the defendant are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
