Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On June 30, 2018, at around 09:00, the Defendant was assaulted by the victim C on one occasion from the victim C on the road located in Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu, about four weeks of face of the victim, and the Defendant taken three times of assault on the face of the victim, thereby taking about four weeks of the victim’s face into consideration.
