A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around April 19:25, 2020, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) driven by the 0.121% of the blood alcohol concentration among the ebbbbs, and proceeded with the ebbbbbbbs-on ebbbs-on ebbbs-on intersection from the ebs-house located in the area of Eup to the area of the C Hospital.
