Punishment of the crime

1. 피고인 A 피고인은 2012. 11. 23. 16:45경 창원시 마산회원구 D아파트 옆 공원에서 윷판을 구경하고 있던 중, 피해자 E(50세)이 다가와 윷판을 엎어버리자 화가 나 주먹과 발로 피해자 E의 얼굴을 수 회 때렸다.
