A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for ten years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the victim B (a family name, female, 17 years old) and the victim C (a family name, female, 15 years old).

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

A. On June 2012, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around June 2012, 2012, after having taken the Defendant’s residence bed and panty at the Heung-gu, Cheongju-si, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim who was related to the Defendant by taking the Defendant’s left hand with the Defendant’s hand, bringing his hand into the Defendant’s sexual intercourse; and (b) by doing the act of self-defense in the following manner.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (a minor and similar act);

A. A. Around June 2013, the Defendant committed a crime on or around June 2013, by setting the victim C (the age nine at that time) in his/her residence, and by showing his/her sexual organ, and indicating his/her sexual organ, the Defendant placed the victim’s hair in the victim’s entrance, and placed the victim’s sexual organ as soon as possible for about five minutes, and led the victim to a similar rape under the age of 13.
