Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by imprisonment for eight months, respectively.
However, for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. Notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated the Mepter (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) who is a local mental medicine as follows.
1) On April 9, 2018, around 21:00, the Defendant received philophones from E (hereinafter “F”) in the dwelling of the Defendant at the Defendant’s house located in the Nam-dong-gu swine farm located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, the Defendant received philophones from E (hereinafter “F”), and received philophones.
2) 피고 인은 위와 같은 일시 및 장소에서 E과 함께 불상량의 필로폰을 투약기구( 속칭 그라 뻥 )에 올려놓고 라이터로 가열하여 발생한 연기를 들이마시는 방법으로 투약하였다.
3) On June 3, 2018, around 23:00, the Defendant: (a) purchased 50,000 gramphones from E at the same place as above; (b) purchased and sold rophones around 50,000 on June 6, 2018.
4) 피고인은 2018. 6. 3. 경 위와 같은 장소에서 불상량의 필로폰을 투약기구( 속칭 그라 뻥 )에 올려놓고 라이터로 가열하여 발생한 연기를 들이마시는 방법으로 투약하였다.
B. Around June 20, 2018, the Defendant violated the Narcotics Control Act (marijuana) imported marijuana leaves at the accommodation of the said swine farm by putting the head of 2 head of the hemp leaves into the original stuff and eating them.

Any foreigner in violation of the Immigration Control Act may sojourn in the Republic of Korea within the limits of his/her sojourn status and period.
On October 21, 2014, the Defendant entered the Republic of Korea as a foreigner of the nationality of Thailand and stayed in the Republic of Korea until January 19, 2015, despite the fact that he/she could stay in the Republic of Korea until January 19, 2015.
2. Defendant B
A. Notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated the following phiphones as follows.
1) On June 3, 2018, the Defendant paid the price to E in the Defendant’s dwelling located in Nam-gu G in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City around 07:00.
