Defendants shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A Co., Ltd. is a corporation established with the aim of manufacturing wire communication equipment by making the operator of the Incheon Southern-gu F as its location. Defendant A is a person who actually operates the above defendant company, and Defendant C is a worker who was working for the above defendant company from January 2016 to the above defendant company.

Defendant

C Around December 4, 2015, prior to the employment of Defendant Company, retired from work in G, and applied for unemployment benefits around December 15, 2015. As above, Defendant A intended to conceal it and receive unemployment benefits even after having provided Defendant Company with labor, Defendant A paid benefits to his/her father’s H’s account, and requested Defendant A not to report his/her employment insurance for himself/herself, and Defendant A conspired to receive false unemployment benefits. Defendant A accepted this and agreed to receive false unemployment benefits.

1. Defendant C applied for unemployment benefits and applied for unemployment benefits on December 29, 2015 at the Incheon Employment Center located in 131, Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Culture around December 15, 2015.

Since then on January 2016, the Defendant was provided KRW 1,204,00,000, around January 27, 2016, on the ground that he/she had not reported employment insurance in accordance with the above public offering, and received KRW 5,934,00,00, in total, around January 27, 2016, on the ground that he/she had not reported employment insurance.

As above, the Defendant conspired with A to receive false unemployment benefits.

2. The Defendant, at the time and place indicated in paragraph (1), did not report the employment insurance for C upon request from C to help C receive unemployment benefits at the time and place indicated in paragraph (1) and did not report the employment insurance for C, and concealed the fact of providing labor by paying benefits to H’s account under the name of C, thereby obtaining unemployment benefits by falsity.

As above, the defendant in collusion with C shall provide false unemployment benefits.
