At around 07:40 on September 19, 2015, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the female victim by finding out and committing an indecent act against the victim E (tentative name, leisure, 22 years old) who was living in the 9th female inland waters located in Bupyeong-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul, 2015.
