Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 28, 2017, the Defendant operated a sexual traffic business establishment that allowed the act of similarity with the trade name “C” from the fourth floor of the building located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City around November 28, 2017. The Defendant placed an advertisement, such as “C,” “C,” etc., in Incheon, and “C,” along with her female pictures, after having five the last room, five employees waiting room, one shower room, and one shower room in the said building.

In addition, on December 5, 2017, the Defendant: (a) instructed an employee I to guide the above police officer No. 4 in order for the judicial police officer who pretended to be an employee I to engage in an act similar to the sexual trafficJ at the above establishment around 18:00 on December 5, 2017; and (b) provided approximately KRW 700,000 by arranging sexual traffic between November 28, 2017 and December 5, 2017.

However, the defendant has no criminal records of the same kind and imprisonment without prison labor or any heavier punishment, and the defendant commits the crime of this case.
