Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is engaging in driving of Cunst Motor Vehicle.

On May 8, 2016, the Defendant driven the rocketing car at around 09:59, and made a turn to the left at about 20 km per hour among three-lanes in the direction of military circulation in the direction of the west-distance.

Since there is an intersection where a signal, etc. is installed, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to safely turn to the left after checking the right and the left well prior to the left-hand turn.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to turn to the left at the same direction as it was due to the negligence of the Defendant, and received the left part of the Eth-hand pent of the victim D(42) driving in the same direction according to the two-lanes of the last day of the car.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by such occupational negligence, sustained injury to the victim D, such as brain dead in the absence of an open head in need of treatment for about two weeks, injury to the victim F (n, 42 years old) who was on board the said Athma car, such as brain dead in the head in need of treatment for about two weeks, and injury to the victim G (12 years old), and injury to the brain dead in the head in need of treatment for about two weeks, and injury to the victim H (n, 10 years old), such as brain dead in the head in need of treatment for about two weeks.
