1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Article 4 (Contributions of Members and Management thereof)

1. Members' contributions shall be appropriated for all the cost of the project required for the implementation of the project (design cost, supervision cost, removal cost, public charges, overall charges, service cost, various service cost and enforcement agency fee, civil petition treatment cost, etc.);
