Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant is composed of representatives of H apartment units in the Dong government-si (hereinafter “instant apartment”), and the Plaintiffs are the representatives of each Dong of the 11th council of occupants’ representatives (term from August 1, 2014 to July 31, 2016) of the instant apartment units, and the independent party intervenor is the election commission of the instant apartment units.
B. On June 8, 2015, an independent party intervenor issued a public notice to the effect that the representative’s dismissal voting by each Dong against the plaintiffs shall be conducted by means of a visit voting between 10:00 and 20:30 on June 10, 2015 and 12, 20:0 on June 12, 2015, the separate party intervenor announced the plaintiffs to the public notice of the reasons for dismissal and supporting materials on the bulletin board from June 8, 2015 to June 12, 2015, and then issued a dismissal voting against the plaintiffs from June 10, 2015 to June 12, 2015, and the plaintiffs were dismissed as the representative of each apartment building of this case as a result of the voting.

The reason for dismissal of the plaintiffs notified by the independent party intervenor on the bulletin board is that ① the plaintiffs interfered with the duties of the independent party intervenor, ② the plaintiffs intended to select a new controlled entity regardless of the occupants' will, ③ the management entity is not required to submit evidentiary materials regarding the use of the defendant's operating expenses to the management entity, ③ the defendant's submission of a false statement, ④ the defendant's Internet bulletin board was deprived of the occupants' right to know, and ④ the defendant's right to know was deprived. The contents related to this case among the Housing Act and the Management Rules of Apartments of this case shall be as follows:
