Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On June 27, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and two months for obstruction of performance of official duties, etc. by the Daejeon District Court, and was released on January 30, 2015 during the execution of the sentence in the Daejeon Prison, and the parole period passed on March 28, 2015.
【Criminal Facts】
1. As a result, the Defendant intruded into the office managed by the victim at night, and stolen the property, such as a computer of 670,000 won owned by the victim.
