The judgment of the court below is reversed.

A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the above punishment shall be imposed for a period of four years from the date this judgment became final.

1. The court below rendered a judgment dismissing the prosecutor's request with respect to the defendant's case and the case for which a request to attach an attachment order was made. 2. The summary of the grounds for appeal (e.g., imprisonment) by the lower court (e., three years of imprisonment) is too unreasonable.

3.
