1. The Defendant’s KRW 629,834,591 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate from November 8, 2014 to June 3, 2015.
Reasons
1. In full view of the purport of the entire pleadings, the facts identical to the entry of the cause of the claim in the annexed sheet may be acknowledged in the entry of the evidence No. 1-1 through No. 7, No. 2-1 and No. 2;
2. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 629,834,591 won and 20% interest per annum under the Commercial Act from November 8, 2014 to June 3, 2015, which is the day following the day when the copy of the instant complaint was served to the Defendant, as the Plaintiff seeks.
